Nutricionista-Dietista Especialista en Control de Peso<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-transform:none\">Cuando planeas un d\u00eda de playa en Puerto Rico, escoger meriendas y picaderas deliciosas  y saludables har\u00e1n toda la diferencia en tu nivel de energ\u00eda y en apoyar tu decisi\u00f3n de tu estilo de vida. Aqu\u00ed te voy a compartir algunas ideas ricas, nutritivas, bajas en calor\u00edas y f\u00e1ciles de conseguir y preparar para que te mantengas satisfecho mientras disfrutas del sol y la arena. \u00a1Te van a encantar!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-transform:none\"><strong>Frutas Frescas y Tropicales<\/strong>: Mangos, pi\u00f1as y melones son perfectos para mantenerte hidratado y saciado. Estas frutas son ricas en vitaminas y minerales, y adem\u00e1s tienen un bajo contenido cal\u00f3rico. Puedes prepararlas en cubos o hacer una ensalada de frutas tropicales para llevar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-transform:none\"><strong>Palitos de Vegetales con Hummus<\/strong>: Los palitos de zanahoria, pepino y apio son ideales para un snack refrescante. Acomp\u00e1\u00f1alos con hummus casero o comprado para a\u00f1adir prote\u00ednas y fibra, creando una combinaci\u00f3n sabrosa y baja en calor\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-transform:none\"><strong>Yogur Griego con Frutas<\/strong>: El yogur griego natural es una excelente fuente de prote\u00ednas y calcio. Puedes a\u00f1adirle frutas frescas como fresas, blueberries, raspberries y blackberries para un toque de dulzura natural y una dosis extra de antioxidantes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-transform:none\"><strong><strong>Nueces y Semillas<\/strong>:<\/strong> Un peque\u00f1o pu\u00f1ado de almendras, nueces o semillas de ch\u00eda ofrece una combinaci\u00f3n perfecta de grasas saludables y prote\u00ednas. Aunque son m\u00e1s cal\u00f3ricas, una porci\u00f3n controlada puede ser un snack satisfactorio sin exagerar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-transform:none\"><strong><strong><strong>Rollitos de Pavo y Vegetales<\/strong>:<\/strong><\/strong> Prepara rollos de pavo con hojas de espinaca o lechuga del pa\u00eds. A\u00f1ade y rodajas de pimientos, zanahorias y tomates para un snack rico en prote\u00ednas y bajo en calor\u00edas. Estos rollos son f\u00e1ciles de preparar y perfectos para llevar a la playa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-transform:none\"><strong><strong><strong><strong>Chips de Kale Caseros<\/strong>:<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong> Haz tus propios chips de kale en el air fryer. Esta alternativa crujiente a las papas fritas es baja en calor\u00edas y rica en fibra y antioxidantes. Simplemente sazona y hornea hasta que est\u00e9n crujientes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-transform:none\"><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong>Batido Verde Refrescante<\/strong>:<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong> Prepara un batido verde con espinacas, pepino, manzana verde y un poco de lim\u00f3n.
