Fundado por la chef Alayna Clarke, nativa de NY, este espacio refleja su conexi\u00f3n de toda la vida con Puerto Rico y su pasi\u00f3n por la excelencia culinaria.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-transform:none;line-height:1.65\" class=\"has-custom-lineheight\">La historia de Clarke con la isla comenz\u00f3 a los 11 a\u00f1os, cuando visitaba a su \"abuela\" en Camuy. Ah\u00ed cre\u00f3 recuerdos imborrables montando a caballo y conectando con la impresionante naturaleza boricua. \u201cEsa misma flora y fauna que tanto atesoro es lo que m\u00e1s me enamora del Oeste de Puerto Rico\u201d, dice Clarke. Desde cocteles hasta cenas elegantes, all\u00ed te espera un ambiente acogedor que se siente familiar, pero a la vez emocionante.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-transform:none;line-height:1.65\" class=\"has-custom-lineheight\">El restaurante le da un giro fresco a la cocina puertorrique\u00f1a con un men\u00fa rotativo que fusiona t\u00e9cnica y tradici\u00f3n, siempre resaltando los ingredientes m\u00e1s frescos de la isla. Natural de San Juan y egresado de&nbsp;<em>Johnson &amp; Wales University<\/em>, ha trabajado en cocinas de renombre en Nueva Orleans y San Juan. Con su ojo cl\u00ednico y su enfoque meticuloso, se asegura de que cada plato que sale de la cocina sea una experiencia inolvidable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-transform:none;line-height:1.65\" class=\"has-custom-lineheight\">El equipo de front-of-house es igual de impresionante, con talentos locales como Carlos Wensel y Francis Guzm\u00e1n, adem\u00e1s de la experiencia en hospitalidad de Natalie Rafetto, quien llega desde California.
