Beer Lovers Rejoice: Oktoberfest Rincón 2024 Takes Over the Plaza
Rincón Beer Company’s Beer Olympics and Oktoberfest celebration will be bigger than ever in 2024. After the success in 2023, the event will expand to the emblematic Rincón Public Plaza for the first time. This year’s event will include the participation of local breweries and the support of the square’s merchants. The event will take place on October 5, starting at 1:00 p.m., and promises to be a day full of craft beer, live music, delicious food, and entertainment for the whole family.
Participating Local Breweries
This year’s event will feature the participation of the following breweries:
- Ocean Lab Brewing Co.
- Dragon Stone Abbey
- Reina Mora Brewing
- Camacho Brewing
- Santurce Brewery
- Box Lab Brewing Co.
- Pura Vida Brewery
- Cervecería del Callejón
- Cold Blood Brewery
- Señorial Brewing Co.
- FOK Brewing Co.
- Zurc PuertoRican Craft Beer
- Cervezas Del Oeste
Each brewery will have its own 10×10 tent, where attendees can taste their best beers and purchase exclusive merchandise. Other breweries are yet to be confirmed, which will make this experience a must for local craft beer lovers
Music and Entertainment
Live music throughout the day will feature JD Matías in the afternoon and after a short break in the music (out of respect for the church’s mass), Buscapie Reggae will close the night. In addition, two MCs will host the event, motivating attendees and announcing the day’s activities.
Beer Olympics and Raffles
The popular Beer Olympics returns this year, offering participants the opportunity to compete in fun games and competitions. Additionally, attendees can enter a raffle by completing a punch ticket when purchasing Rincón Beer Co beer at participating local businesses. Prizes include gift cards and other surprises donated by local businesses.
Environmental Responsibility
Sin Plástica PR will unite with Rincón Beer Co. in their commitment to environmental responsibility by implementing a recycling program for the day. Attendees will have full access to a free water oasis, and, for the public’s convenience, portable toilets will be strategically located between the mayor’s office and Valija.
The Green Room and CBD Products
The Green Room dispensary tent will offer guidance and CBD products for those who want to learn more about its benefits.
Drink Pink: Support the Fight Against Breast Cancer
During the event, and throughout October, several Rincón businesses will offer a pink drink in honor of the campaign DRINK PINK. For every drink sold, $1 will be donated to Susan G.
