The Rincón Animal Rescue Foundation (ARF) is an animal welfare organization serving the town of Rincón, Puerto Rico, which began in 1997. It was started by volunteers dedicated to rescuing and finding homes for dogs and cats. It has since evolved to focus on eradicating animal overpopulation. Our new focus is on mass sterilization, as well as offering workshops in schools to engage the community in our mission.

It is important to indicate that we are not an animal shelter or employees of the municipality of Rincón. We are a group of volunteers who keep rescued animals in our own homes. We will help to the extent that our personal situation allows.
