Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice

To submit a good faith infringement claim, please follow these steps and provide the required information:

  1. Signature: Include a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or someone authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identify the Copyrighted Work: Clearly identify the copyrighted work that someone infringed.
  3. Identify the Infringing Material: Specify the infringing material to remove and provide information sufficient for us to locate the material (please include the URL of the page in question).
  4. Provide Contact Information: Provide your name, physical address, email address, phone number, and fax number to allow us to contact you.
  5. Statement of Good Faith: Include a statement affirming your good faith belief that the use of the material is unauthorized by the copyright owner.
  6. Accuracy Statement: Include a statement affirming the accuracy of the information in the notification and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner, under penalty of perjury.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If you believe that we removed material by mistake, submit a counter notification to our DMCA Agent. This notification must include the following elements:

  1. Signature: Provide your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Describe the Material: Describe the material we took down and its original location.
  3. Good Faith Statement: Include a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the removal or disabling of the material occurred due to a mistake or misidentification.
  4. Contact Information: Provide your name, address, and telephone number. Include a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address, or any judicial district where the service provider is found if you are outside the United States. Also, state that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notification.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We take copyright infringement very seriously. Under the DMCA, we maintain a list of DMCA notices and make a good faith effort to identify repeat infringers. We will terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
