A Transformative Experience at Stella & Peter Massage

By: Edmaris Carazo

From the moment Peter greeted me, his joyful, bubbly personality instantly stood out. His energy is warm, uplifting, and naturally comforting. I noticed a slight accent when we started talking, and to my surprise, Peter is originally from Poland. He learned his craft and advanced massage techniques in New York City, where he also spent years in the corporate world, even managing therapy centers.

Eventually, he decided to pursue formal massage training. The real turning point came when he began practicing on experienced therapists. Every one of them told him the same thing: “We studied this, but you were born to do it.” And after receiving a session from him, I can confirm they were absolutely right.

A Cozy, Minimalist Space Filled with Heart

Peter’s studio is cozy and intentionally minimalist. It feels welcoming and peaceful, like a calm corner of his home. The space is clean, uncluttered, and radiates a sense of calm and balance.

Then there’s Niki, Peter’s 10-year-old toy poodle and gentle assistant. She matches Peter’s sweet energy in the most magical way. It makes perfect sense, especially because they were even born on the same day.

What was supposed to be a short “layover” in Puerto Rico turned into a long detox in the mountains of Maricao and a calling he couldn’t ignore. Surrounded by nature, silence, and ocean breeze, he felt guided to stay.

We are lucky that he brought his energy, his talent, and his gift to the Stella neighborhood of Rincón.

A One-Hour Session That Felt Like Traveling Through Time and Space

From the very beginning, my connection with Peter felt effortless, as if he were a lifelong friend. During the session, I often felt transported to different countries, and who knows, maybe even different lifetimes.

While offering his bodywork, Peter may not realize this, but he feels like a spiritual guide. At times, I could almost visualize a 200-year-old Chinese sensei working through him, clearing blockages not just through touch but through wisdom. One of the insights he shared stayed with me: “Act on your excitement first.”

He was speaking about how our bodies often call us to the beach, to nature, or to rest even when our laptops insist otherwise. It felt like a life mantra. The body is wise. It knows exactly what it needs.

Peter describes himself as a vessel, a channel helping the body do what it’s already capable of. Healing, releasing, regenerating. In his humility, he hides the truth. His hands are magical. At times, he would touch one area and I could feel another part of my body releasing. The hour disappeared in what felt like minutes.

A Healing Gift Worth Returning To

I left feeling lighter, happier, clearer. My soul and my vessel in perfect alignment. Peter’s touch is delicate yet incredibly powerful and deeply empowering. I will definitely be returning to Stella & Peter Massage, and I recommend it to anyone seeking bodywork that feels personal, soulful, and genuine.

He also offers in-home massage sessions, which is perfect if you want relaxation to come directly to you.

As Peter beautifully says, “It’s always better to invest in prevention than in fixing.”

Any reason is a good reason to give yourself the gift of healing. And Stella & Peter Massage is a beautiful place to begin.
