Rincón Water Safety Organization (RWS) is a nonprofit dedicated to saving lives through community lifeguard training, rescue equipment, and ocean safety education. Based in Rincón, Puerto Rico, RWS empowers locals and visitors to prevent drownings and respond effectively to emergencies while building a model to expand island wide.
