Tres Palmas Boutique Hotel: Million-Dollar Investment, 100% Puerto Rican-Owned
With a vision of contributing to Puerto Rico’s economic and tourism growth, a group of Puerto Rican entrepreneurs officially introduces Tres Palmas Boutique Hotel, a new lodging and dining destination in the heart of Rincón, just steps from the Tres Palmas Marine Reserve.
The initiative was born from the vision of renowned chef Brenda Gil Enseñat, alongside her husband, Javier Quiñones, a hotel industry veteran with more than 30 years of experience, and Elizabeth Carlo, a publicist and communications strategist.
Together with a team of professionals committed to the development of the Island, they have created a space that combines hospitality, gastronomy, and the natural beauty of one of western Puerto Rico’s most iconic destinations.
Tres Palmas Boutique Hotel features nine boutique-style rooms designed to provide guests with an intimate and welcoming experience. Its prime location directly across from the Tres Palmas Marine Reserve allows visitors to enjoy a unique setting that showcases Rincón’s natural beauty and charm.
“In addition to strengthening the region’s tourism offerings, the project represents an important contribution to local economic development. Tres Palmas Rincón LLC currently employs 21 people directly and supports 11 indirect jobs, all held by Puerto Rican talent. We want our young people to stay here, and this is for them and because of them,” said hotelier Javier Quiñones.
As part of its offering, the hotel is also home to Alma Dynamic World Cuisine, a dining concept located on the upper level of the property that combines Puerto Rican cuisine with culinary influences from around the world.
“This project was born from the desire to invest in our Island, create opportunities for our people, and offer a unique experience that celebrates the best of Puerto Rico: its hospitality and its gastronomy,” said Chef Gil Enseñat.
Carlo added, “We want everyone to be able to enjoy this paradise and feel at home.”
With its opening, Tres Palmas Boutique Hotel reaffirms the potential of local investment and the commitment of Puerto Rican entrepreneurs to continue driving tourism and economic development in Puerto Rico from the western region of the Island.
